Chef was amazing. His team, dedicated, efficient and on top of everything. We had a great meal with the food, presentation, style and grace making the evening spectactular. His art, creativity and stellar skill is quite impressive. Everyone who attended raved about the Chef and all the servers. Nate and his wife prepared us breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 2 days back-to-back. They did an incredible job feeding our group of 16 people and made it seem effortless. They provided us a menu for every meal so everyone got excited beforehand, and it really felt like a restaurant experience. They also helped clean up for us after every feast. We really could not have asked for anything more

Incomparable! Unbelievable! Exceptional! Nate and Jackie were able to produce the most incredible experience for me and my family and I almost do not know where to begin to be able to leave a descriptive enough review. From the first conversation I had with Nate he was kind and patient, and eager to hear what my family was looking for so he could provide the most personalized experience. He was able to work with our dietary restrictions and even agreed to give us a maki-making lesson.

Words can't begin to describe the unique culinary experience that Nate and his team prepared for our intimate wedding. After a short call talking through the type of food we were looking for and number of courses Nate sent a preliminary menu where I had no feedback because everything was spot on. When we actually sat down for the meal everything was even better than expected - unique and incredibly thoughtful flavors and presentation. It was money very well spent and I can't wait for another reason to hire this team.

Chef Nate was amazing. We had asked him to organize a dinner for our wedding party and everything was nothing short of delicious. Our friends and family were talking about that meal for the rest of the week. He was punctual, gave us an idea of what to expect in terms of tear down and clean up, and left all the uneaten (there wasn’t much) for us in the fridge to enjoy the next morning.
